About the Role

Manage a dedicated group of Elavon's UK-based customers, driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling existing products and services. Ensure new customers receive a proper welcome and have an account management plan focused on increasing product penetration and customer longevity. This role requires regular travel for customer meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve set monthly targets for sales and accounts retained.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they understand presented offerings and promotions.
  • Provide accurate reports on daily, weekly, and monthly activity, including inbound and outbound calls.
  • Responsible for revenue and in-year new business forecasting.
  • Achieve and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the line manager.
  • Update CRM systems with the outcome and success of customer communications.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer account management role within a sales-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently hitting and overachieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a large portfolio with a strong focus on retention and business growth.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at all company levels.
  • Broad commercial and financial acumen with negotiation skills.
  • Influential and effective communicator (verbal, non-verbal, written) with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team player able to work and support colleagues in a multinational organization.
  • Willingness to accept change and maintain effectiveness in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Interest in learning the Elavon business with a general 'can-do' attitude.
  • Must comply with Controlled Function (CF 4) under CBI Regulations, including the Fitness and Probity Regime and Conduct Standards.
  • Agree to due diligence regarding qualifications, experience, employment history, and financial soundness.
  • Maintain current awareness and compliance with U.S. Bank’s “Code of Ethics” and relevant laws and regulations.
