About the Role

This role is responsible for the operational execution of personalized communications across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS, and other owned channels. You will build, test, deploy, and monitor customer journeys within CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, ensuring accurate and timely campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Build, configure, test, and deploy customer journeys, campaigns, and automated workflows across marketing automation platforms.
  • Translate campaign briefs into accurate audience segments, journey logic, and multichannel customer experiences.
  • Execute campaign setup, scheduling, and deployment activities.
  • Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing, including audience validation, personalization checks, journey logic testing, content reviews, and link validation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and delivery, identifying and escalating operational issues.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation programs.
  • Manage audience segmentation and campaign eligibility rules.
  • Leverage AI and automation features to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, workflow documentation, operating procedures, and QA checklists.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate campaign delivery and ensure requirements are met.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validate campaign builds.
  • Assist with troubleshooting campaign, audience, and platform issues.
  • Ensure campaign execution complies with internal governance, consent requirements, and data privacy regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance campaign processes.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years' experience in marketing, sales, campaign operations, CRM, customer engagement, or project coordination roles.
  • Exposure to marketing technology platforms is highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately execute campaigns, customer journeys, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience conducting campaign QA, testing, and validation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting.
  • Ability to follow established processes while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI-powered platform features and automation tools.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing concepts and multichannel communications.
  • CRM automation experience (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, or similar) is preferred.
  • Understanding of how a CDP (like Tealium) is used for data activation and customer segmentation is preferred.
  • Understanding customer data structures and how audience attributes are used for segmentation and personalisation is preferred.
  • Understanding of HTML and liquid templating for email personalisation and campaign execution is preferred.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Tech, Media, Advertising, or Software industries is preferred.
