About the Role

Wild is seeking a senior performance marketing leader to own the next chapter of its growth, managing a larger budget, expanding into new markets, and diversifying the channel mix. This role involves fusing media buying, affiliates, partnerships, and UGC into a unified acquisition engine, focusing on sharper measurement, enhanced creative execution, and world-class operational efficiency while maintaining the brand's fast-paced, entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Own Wild's performance marketing strategy and budget across all markets and channels, accountable for CAC, payback, and revenue contribution.
  • Set the paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels, managing senior platform relationships and ensuring platform excellence.
  • Lead the creative operating model for performance marketing, defining how content is produced, tested, and scaled globally.
  • Lead the affiliates and partnerships strategy, focusing on efficient channel growth, commercial negotiations, and evolving the partner portfolio.
  • Champion an AI-first operating model, setting the long-term vision for AI integration across media buying, creative, and partnerships.
  • Own the roadmap for measurement maturity, including incrementality testing, attribution, and reporting, and translate insights into investment strategies.
  • Connect paid media decisions directly to Wild's LTV, retention, and unit economics in leadership discussions.
  • Act as a senior voice in the marketing leadership team, deputizing for the Performance Marketing Director when necessary.

Requirements

  • Senior performance marketing leadership experience (Lead, Head of, or equivalent).
  • Experience running acquisition across multiple markets, including the US.
  • Deep hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok, and Google, with a strong understanding of platform evolution and scaling large budgets.
  • Commercial acumen, connecting paid decisions to LTV, retention, and unit economics.
  • Experience owning or closely collaborating with content or UGC functions, understanding performance creative.
  • Proficiency in incrementality testing (Geo, in-platform lift, or similar) and understanding measurement trade-offs.
  • AI integration in work processes and team management.
  • Experience in fast-growth consumer brands, comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and iterative shipping.
  • Experience with affiliates, influencer, or commercial partnerships is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record as an excellent people leader, building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
