About the Role
Lead quality assurance, compliance, and risk management activities across Marketing & Recruitment for Kaplan's UK, US, and Canada destinations. Ensure regulatory requirements, quality standards, and risk management processes are embedded in daily operations. Provide guidance and oversight to identify, assess, and manage risks, supporting student experience and safeguarding Kaplan's reputation.

Requirements
- Experience working in quality assurance, compliance, risk management, or a related function.
- Experience in leading audit, monitoring, or assurance activities.
- Experience interpreting policies, procedures, or regulatory requirements.
- Experience producing reports, recommendations, and management information for senior stakeholders.
- Experience building effective relationships and influencing outcomes across teams and functions.
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and operational controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify themes, trends, and emerging risks.
- Comfortable with learning and adopting new digital tools, including AI-powered platforms.
