About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager with a growth mindset to join Medtronic's successful Acute Care and Monitoring business in Sydney, New South Wales. Responsibilities
- Promote, educate, and sell products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and provide credible alternatives for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders to sell Acute Care & Monitoring consumables and capital equipment.
- Provide education, training, and case support to clinical end users and hospital staff.
- Manage customer queries professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and prompt resolution of technical and product issues, including after-hours support.
- Attain and maintain the highest level of product and technical knowledge.
- Recognize and understand competitive products, features, and strengths in relation to company products.
- Gather market intelligence on customer and competitor activities.
- Implement and adjust market development plans and strategies as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma with 8 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a sales or clinical setting.
- Required to travel up to 25%.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Experience in ICU, Neonatal ICU, Operating Theatre, or Emergency Department is preferred.
