About the Role
As a Financial Crime Analyst, you will investigate suspicious activity, review transaction monitoring alerts, and support financial crime prevention within a highly regulated environment. You will apply critical thinking, sound judgment, and strong analytical skills to assess risk and support real decisions, with support from experienced leaders and structured training.

Requirements
- At least 12 months experience in Financial Crime, AML, Fraud, Investigations, Risk or Compliance
- Demonstrated experience preparing and drafting Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident written communication skills to document findings and recommendations clearly
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Genuine commitment to quality, compliance, and ethical conduct
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
