About the Role

We are looking for a Trade Management Manager responsible for operational support, client management, and daily governance of Middle Office service delivery for global teams supporting APAC administered client accounts. This role serves as a daily escalation point for client and third-party issue resolution, requiring a deep understanding of Middle Office Trade Management Operations including trade confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, IBOR ingestion, and interest claims across various financial products and global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the APAC TM team for all clients
  • Closely monitor all inbound escalation queries and facilitate accurate and timely responses
  • Maintain high standards of control to ensure service delivery to APAC clients
  • Ensure that operational client service delivery standards (KPIs) are maintained and enhanced for all supported activity
  • Ensure that all offshore activity has appropriate administrative documentation in place via SLA’s, internal KPI’s and a monthly governance program in adherence to mandated Oversight policy
  • Support Trade Management in any client orientated scope of service definition and SLA negotiations
  • Constantly review policy, procedures and controls to reduce risk and enhance operational service delivery
  • Proactively work to implement measurable process improvement
  • Ensure full compliance with all State Street policies and procedures and high standards of risk administration
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide oversight management for staff, including regular reviews, objective setting and planning
  • Work closely with Trade Management Seniors in all aspects of future strategy including systemic, regulatory adherence and new client / product onboarding

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience within Middle Office Operations
  • Minimum of 5 years staff management experience
  • Minimum 7 years experience of client communication and interaction at all levels
  • Extensive knowledge of STP workflows is extremely beneficial
  • Experience using CTM, local middleware matching products including clearing and executing brokers for ETD, SWIFT messaging and Alert SSI database is beneficial
  • Excel, Word, PowerBI and Power Point skills preferred
