As a Senior Manager in Change Management at PwC Australia, you will shape and execute change initiatives that align organizational energies and foster growth, working with clients across various sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored change strategies that drive successful transformation
- Lead the delivery and execution of change initiatives, including communications and capability uplift
- Engage and align with senior stakeholders to ensure the success of change programs
- Cultivate a people-centric culture through leadership alignment and employee experience initiatives
Requirements
- Extensive experience in change management involving strategy, design, and planning within diverse sectors
- Proven ability to engage with and command credibility from senior executives
- Strong skills in developing and leading programs that enhance team capabilities, without necessarily requiring instructional design expertise
- Flexible problem-solving abilities with a knack for navigating organisational complexity
