About the Role

Cancer Research UK is seeking a Senior Executive, Audience Marketing to join their Loyalty and Cultivation team. This role is crucial for engaging and retaining supporters by developing and delivering marketing strategies and campaigns focused on driving emotional loyalty and increasing lifetime value. The position emphasizes below-the-line channels and data-driven marketing for personalized experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Translate cross-channel strategy into production-specific briefs, leading delivery of data and digital campaign set-up requirements.
  • Oversee campaign set-up and management across all channels, ensuring audits prior to launch.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver email, SMS, social, and other specialist marketing activities.
  • Undertake landscape analysis to define and develop audiences and product offerings for the marketing delivery plan.
  • Translate the product marketing plan into cross-channel integrated briefs.
  • Manage the content and creative production process, developing compelling creative across channels.
  • Work with UX experts to devise pre-launch test and learn initiatives and in-campaign A/B testing.
  • Lead campaign delivery, including direct mail production and fulfillment, and paid digital campaign delivery.
  • Lead in-campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis, sharing optimization recommendations.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience delivering multi-channel campaigns from planning to execution and analysis, meeting KPIs.
  • Experience in digital and below-the-line channels.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end supporter or customer journeys and the role of different channels in integrated campaigns.
  • Data-driven with a good understanding of UX principles and experience interpreting results to recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Experience developing highly effective campaign assets for use across channels.
  • Experience working day-to-day on email service platforms.
  • Commercially aware with understanding of budget management.
  • Experience building positive working relationships and working effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience managing own workload, meeting deadlines, and effectively handling changing priorities.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
