About the Role

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day fund operations by maintaining CRM data, internal trackers, SOPs, and process documentation.
Assist with continuous improvements to operational workflows.
Coordinate office operations, including supplies, workspace readiness, and facility activities.
Support vendor management, software procurement and renewals, and contract administration.
Assist in preparing and coordinating recurring reports and reporting materials.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support new hires and maintain onboarding documentation and internal knowledge resources.
Provide support and coverage for other Ops & Admin team members.
Support internal events, special projects, and other operational initiatives.

Requirements

5+ years in operations, administration, or coordination roles.
Native Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with cross-functional processes and fast-moving startup/corporate environments.
Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, DocuSign, and other workflow tools.
