About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Public Fundraising Manager to lead and deliver large-scale, people-focused fundraising campaigns across the UK, managing face-to-face fundraising activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful development and delivery of public fundraising campaigns.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to execute campaigns in various locations.
• Monitor income and expenditure to ensure strong performance and positive ROI.
• Manage key internal and external relationships, including with fundraising teams, senior leaders, and agencies.
• Lead and develop the Public Fundraising team through supervision, coaching, and training.

Requirements

• Experience managing a target-driven team delivering successful, large-scale campaigns.
• Proven ability to provide effective coaching, mentorship, and support to a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence in managing internal and external relationships, including with leadership, agencies, and other charities.
• Experience in analyzing campaign performance.
• Ability to use insights to adjust strategic direction.
• Commitment to the organization's aims and objectives.
