About the Role
As a Senior Go-to-Market Manager, you will be responsible for successful product launches and the continuous development of our Go-to-Market strategy. You will drive innovation in healthcare by bringing new products to market and managing complex marketing projects.
Responsibilities
- Independently plan, prioritize, and manage product and vertical launches (e.g., Weight Loss, Hair Loss, Men's Health).
- Coordinate trade fair appearances and strategic special projects for the entire group.
- Ensure structured, timely, and successful project implementation.
- Develop cross-channel marketing campaigns from concept to live execution.
- Coordinate briefings, production, implementation, and optimization with internal experts (Performance Marketing, CRM, Creative, etc.).
- Translate strategic management ideas into concrete marketing roadmaps.
- Create compelling pitch decks, decision papers, briefings, and concepts.
- Coordinate agencies and service providers, including clear briefings and feedback processes.
- Ensure external services align with internal teams and meet quality standards.
- Continuously improve Go-to-Market processes with standardized playbooks, templates, and structured rollout processes.
Requirements
- Proven Go-to-Market experience with independently managed marketing campaigns or product launches and measurable results.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in D2C or E-commerce.
- Close collaboration with Performance Marketing, CRM, Content, and Creative teams.
- Strong understanding of holistic marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills: structured planning, translating into work packages, coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work organized, solution-oriented, and maintain an overview under high pressure and changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills across all levels.
- Ability to present complex topics clearly.
- Formulate convincing briefings and decision documents.
- Communicate confidently with internal teams, external partners, and management.
- Proactive, hands-on mentality with a focus on independent project completion.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, identifying and pragmatically implementing optimization potential.
- Experience in the HealthTech or startup environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulated markets like telemedicine or HealthTech is a plus.
- Experience in fast-growing startups or scale-ups is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma or Adobe is a plus.
- Good sense of design is a plus.
