About the Role

As Team Lead Client Enablement (Brokerage), you will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of our Client Enablement team and significantly shape the further expansion of our service organization. You want to not only lead a team but also actively help build a modern customer service organization. You understand excellent customer service as an important competitive advantage and create structures that combine quality, efficiency, and employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a growing team of approximately 23 employees, continuously developing both employees and future managers.
  • Be responsible for qualitative and quantitative KPIs and ensure sustainable team performance.
  • Accompany recruiting processes and support the further expansion of the organization.
  • Continuously develop customer service processes and establish scalable quality management.
  • Be responsible for knowledge transfer within the team and ensure high service quality.
  • Optimize existing processes and document them sustainably.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build an expanded telephone service, including shift models.
  • Support the introduction of new systems and processes and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Work closely with internal interfaces and our banking partner to actively drive optimizations.
  • Support the further expansion of the organization and actively shape the development of our Client Enablement area.
  • Contribute own ideas and continuously develop existing structures.

Requirements

  • At least eight years of leadership experience in a comparable position.
  • Proven success in building and developing multiple operational service or customer care teams of comparable size.
  • In-depth experience from the brokerage or online broker environment.
  • Ideally, knowledge of the requirements of the securities and capital markets business and the expectations of demanding private customers.
  • Strong understanding of service processes, KPI steering, and quality management.
  • Experience implementing organization-wide transformation and optimization projects, achieving sustainable efficiency gains through scalable processes and structures.
  • Authentic leadership personality with high initiative.
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and clear, appreciative communication.
  • Motivation by change and comfort in a dynamic scale-up environment.
  • Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English, capable of presenting complex technical and strategic topics at management level.
