About the Role

We are seeking a consultant to advise clients on SAP HCM Time Management (PT, On-Premise) and SuccessFactors Time Tracking. You will analyze, design, and implement complex requirements in hybrid system landscapes, taking responsibility for solution design, customizing, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Holistic consulting for clients in SAP HCM Time Management (PT, On-Premise) and SuccessFactors Time Tracking.
• Analysis, conception, and implementation of complex requirements in hybrid system landscapes (SAP HCM & SuccessFactors).
• Responsibility for solution design, customizing, and implementation, including integration with adjacent modules (e.g., PA, PY).
• Steering and execution of transformation and migration projects (On-Premise to Cloud).
• Further development and optimization of existing time management solutions, including performance and process improvement.
• Quality assurance, testing, and support during go-lives and hypercare phases.
• Technical leadership of (junior) consultants and active knowledge transfer within the team.
• Support in presales and in the creation of offers and solution concepts.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an SAP HCM consultant with a focus on Time Management (PT).
• In-depth knowledge of schemas, rules, PCRs, and time management customizing.
• Ideally, experience with SuccessFactors Time Tracking / EC Time and hybrid architectures.
• Experience in integration between SAP HCM On-Premise and SuccessFactors (e.g., CPI, Integration Center).
• Project experience across all phases (analysis, design, implementation, go-live).
• Structured, self-reliant way of working and strong customer orientation.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
