About the Role

As a (Senior) Consultant / Manager (m/w/d), you will support manufacturing companies from process analysis to the stable operation of modern Manufacturing IT and MOM/MES solutions within the context of holistic enterprise architectures. You will lead DELMIA Apriso projects as Lead Consultant or Lead Architect, serving as the central point of contact for architecture, design, and integration questions. You will analyze production processes, gather and structure business and technical requirements, and derive viable solution concepts. You will guide projects holistically from process analysis, technology evaluation, solution design, and implementation through to testing, go-live, and stabilization. You will design, implement, and integrate DELMIA Apriso solutions for complex production processes across various industries and enterprise environments such as ERP, PLM, or shop floor systems. You will plan and modernize customer workshops and architecture reviews, actively shape the expansion of the DELMIA Apriso offering portfolio, and develop colleagues' expertise in the MOM environment.

Responsibilities

Take on technical leadership as Lead Consultant or Lead Architect in DELMIA Apriso projects and be the central point of contact for architecture, design, and integration questions.
Analyze production processes, gather and structure business and technical requirements, and derive viable solution concepts.
Support projects holistically from process analysis, technology evaluation, solution design, and implementation through to testing, go-live, and stabilization.
Design, implement, and integrate DELMIA Apriso solutions for complex production processes in various industries and enterprise environments like ERP, PLM, or shop floor systems.
Plan and modernize customer workshops and architecture reviews, actively shape the expansion of the DELMIA Apriso offering portfolio, and develop colleagues' expertise in the MOM environment.

Requirements

Completed degree in engineering or alternatively (business) informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, mathematics, or physics.
Deep understanding of manufacturing companies, their structure, processes, and business processes, with sound experience in shop floor-related IT systems and modern IT principles in architecture and integration.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in MES/MOM projects, particularly with DELMIA Apriso, across the entire product lifecycle.
Very good knowledge of target architectures, integration, effort, and resource planning.
Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and translate them into structured, sustainable solution concepts.
Experience in the technical management of project teams.
High communication skills.
Willingness to travel.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills (minimum C1).
