  • Provide flexible support to colleagues during periods of absence and adapt to changing business priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience providing high-level PA support within a fast-paced and complex business environment, ideally supporting Director-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly to changing demands, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong diary, inbox, and stakeholder management experience with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.
  • Ability to work independently, using initiative and sound judgement while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and collaborative, with a commitment to delivering an outstanding support service.
