About the Role

We are seeking a Partner and Team Assistant (m/f/d) to support our various business units in their daily operations. This role involves administrative and organizational support, coordination of appointments and events, and project work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide organizational and administrative support to a partner and project team in daily operations.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external appointments, meetings, workshops, and events, including calendar and email management.
  • Act as a central point of contact for colleagues, managers, clients, and service providers in German and English.
  • Participate in projects, track tasks, and support project-related billing.
  • Utilize modern tools, AI solutions, and systems for efficient organization and decision support.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree with an economic or comparable focus.
  • Initial practical experience in an assistant, project, or administrative environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with SAP or project-related billing is ideal.
  • Structured, service-oriented, and able to maintain an overview with changing priorities.
