About the Role

Our sales team supports customers by providing clinical information about our products, educating them on our offerings, delivering clinical training, and maintaining resources. This helps healthcare systems and providers meet patient needs in their areas. Our team focuses on pediatric and gynecological patients in outpatient settings and pediatric clinics, covering the full spectrum of STIKO-recommended vaccinations for children and adolescents, with current emphasis on HPV, pneumococcal, and RSV vaccines. We operate cross-functionally, data-driven, and with a consistent customer focus.

Responsibilities

  • Consult and support pediatricians and gynecologists as equals.
  • Organize and conduct high-quality, modern training concepts with clear added value for customers.
  • Plan regional activities within the team, including efficient resource allocation.
  • Represent the company at congresses and specialist conferences.
  • Independently analyze and utilize relevant customer, market, and territory information, including the therapeutic environment, regional scientific leaders, relevant physician networks, health policy frameworks, and vaccination-specific market and supply structures.
  • Successfully implement central marketing and sales campaigns and provide comprehensive support to target groups across all relevant communication channels.
  • Professionally prepare and follow up on customer contacts within defined target groups.
  • Develop and implement customized customer measures based on individual needs and potentials, both online and in person.
  • Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships through needs-based and solution-oriented consulting.
  • Collaborate closely and continuously in interdisciplinary teams, especially with colleagues from field sales, regional management, marketing, medical affairs, and market access.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional projects to advance customer strategies and achieve common company goals.

Requirements

  • Consistently prioritize patient and customer needs in all actions.
  • Completed university degree or vocational training.
  • Meet legal requirements according to § 75 AMG.
  • Ideally possess experience in omnichannel sales or demonstrate strong interest in actively shaping it.
  • Open to change, curious, and willing to try new approaches.
  • Enthusiastic about innovation; contribute ideas and actively participate in developing and testing new concepts to increase customer benefit.
  • Enjoy teamwork, foster mutual exchange, and make decisions collaboratively.
  • Pursue ambitious goals with high self-responsibility and master challenges in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Ideally possess a good understanding of the Austrian healthcare system and regional supply structures.
  • High self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking, and an independent, results-oriented work style.
  • Sales experience, negotiation skills, and enjoyment in building long-term customer relationships. Motivated career changers are also welcome.
  • Communicative, sociable, and convincing with a professional and appreciative demeanor.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel and be mobile in the sales territory (approx. 90% field service).
