Requirements

Strategic and empathetic leader with deep experience in telecommunications, network operations, or critical infrastructure environments.
Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
Ability to design and embed governance frameworks that are practical and enduring.
Collaborative mindset to build trust across diverse teams and partners.
Ability to navigate complexity and balance operational demands with long-term strategic intent.
