Requirements

  • Strategic and empathetic leader with deep experience in telecommunications, network operations, or critical infrastructure environments.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to design and embed governance frameworks that are practical and enduring.
  • Collaborative mindset to build trust across diverse teams and partners.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and balance operational demands with long-term strategic intent.
  • Considered, solutions-focused approach.

  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
