About the Role

This role is critical in driving Delivery Hero's global CSRD-compliant non-financial report disclosure across its network of brands and operating countries. The position involves collaborating with various central and global stakeholders to implement roadmaps and project plans for collecting information, producing, and assuring the annual non-financial report. The goal is to evolve non-financial reporting, risk management, and internal controls to match financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

  • Play a leading role in the production of the annual global non-financial report for the group.
  • Develop communication materials to effectively engage stakeholders, providing clear context and guidance on CSRD reporting requirements.
  • Lead or support annual reporting on EU Taxonomy, non-financial risk assessment, and the coordination of new non-financial reporting regulations.
  • Monitor the evolving regulatory landscape and ensure disclosures remain aligned with leading global frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and ISSB.
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations on materials for, and queries from, investors; lead on annual ESG disclosures (e.g., potentially CDP).
  • Support and lead on aspects of external assurance for the non-financial report; continue optimising and evolving related processes from year to year incl. automation.
  • Lead on projects and initiatives that contribute to the reporting readiness of the Group in relation to the new regulations (CSRD).

Requirements

  • Strong interest and experience in leading non-financial reporting and external assurance work/working directly with auditors – in the corporate setting, or at a consultancy/as an auditor.
  • Ability to learn quickly, with excellent qualitative analytical skills – to understand ESRS standards on various non-financial topics and help internal partner teams collate and refine disclosure content.
  • Ability to process multiple workstreams at the same time, proven project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Degree in a field that builds related skills, knowledge and experience in a related role, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; proven organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to process multiple tasks and workstreams in parallel in a dynamic environment.
  • A strong, flexible, and team/growth-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of German and European non-financial reporting regulations (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, NFRD), GRI, SASB, and especially TCFD.
  • Basic greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting principles.
