About the Role
Support the Chief Marketing Officer in growing and operationally executing the B2B2C business, where enterprise partners launch consumer-facing mobile products powered by 1GLOBAL's platform. This internship offers the opportunity to work at the center of one of the company's highest-priority growth areas, supporting strategic initiatives and gaining hands-on experience to ensure partner launches, commercial initiatives, and cross-functional projects move from planning to execution. You will collaborate closely with commercial, product, finance, and legal teams to translate signed partner agreements into scalable operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Support partner launch activities by coordinating with product, commercial, and legal teams to help keep projects on track.
- Assist with identifying potential blockers, following up with stakeholders, and helping ensure smooth execution of partner launches.
- Support business analysis by researching new partner or market opportunities, gathering data, and preparing insights to support decision-making.
- Help monitor commercial and operational performance by assisting with reporting and analysing business metrics.
- Contribute to the documentation and improvement of internal processes, helping turn recurring tasks into scalable and repeatable workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic and operational initiatives while gaining exposure to the end-to-end partner launch process.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to support multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to support decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, compelling narratives.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt when priorities change.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- A natural inclination to systematize: if you see a process that relies on tribal knowledge or manual effort, your instinct is to document it, improve it, and make it repeatable.
- Previous internship, academic project, or extracurricular experience in a high-performance environment such as consulting, technology, or startups.
- Exposure to platform-to-partner commercial models in fintech, telecom, or consumer apps.
- Exposure to commercial, go-to-market, or business operations activities through internships, university projects, or student organizations.
- Exposure to regulated industries or complex partner ecosystems, where legal and compliance requirements shape how products and services are launched.
