About the Role
As a working student in the Integrated Management System team, you will support the further development and conversion of the IT application for the Integrated Management System. A focus will be on the structured recording, management, storage, and archiving of digital documents and their quality assurance. You will gain insights into various applications of SharePoint, MS Teams, PowerBI, and Power Automate.
Responsibilities
- Support document management by adapting, rolling out, and developing templates.
- Complete documents with relevant context and control information.
- Ensure data quality, including by developing suitable dashboards.
- Create guides and instructions, test them, and continuously optimize them.
- Migrate list applications to other applications like Power BI or link them in SharePoint.
- Support the automation of processes and reports and define and design new KPIs.
- Take on tasks in the further development of the IT presence.
- Assist in the creation of presentations and other documents, such as training materials and e-learnings.
- Support management system representatives with their daily tasks and the entire team with organizational activities, gaining deep insight into multi-certified management systems with complex interface topics.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in business, humanities (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics), or comparable fields of study.
- Ideally, have successfully completed at least 4 semesters.
- Possess strong analytical thinking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, SharePoint, VBA, and Power BI.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Work independently and take personal responsibility.
- Have a structured and well-organized way of working.
- Work in a goal-oriented and meticulous manner.
- Be technology-savvy and know how to use innovative tools like Artificial Intelligence to solve tasks more efficiently.
- Enjoy teamwork and convince with commitment, perseverance, and flexibility.
