About the Role

PAIR Finance is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join their international team and contribute to the development of a quickly growing debt collection platform. This role involves improving and developing the product and its infrastructure, transforming the traditional debt collection industry with innovation and a drive for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve existing infrastructure, and participate in the development of infrastructure for new application components and internal services.
• Troubleshoot reliability and performance issues.
• Set up, maintain, and improve deployment procedures, server environments, and testing infrastructure.
• Improve infrastructure automation (Terraform/OpenTofu).
• Take ownership of specific components and work to improve them.
• Ensure that data storage infrastructure and processing follow GDPR guidelines and legal requirements.
• Drive innovation from an IT perspective and support further business development.
• Stay on top of current tech industry trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience within the field of DevOps.
• Previous Linux administration, web development, or software engineering experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in cloud environments.
• Solid communication skills (English proficiency required).
• High degree of independence.
• Willingness to learn and further develop your skills.
