About the Role
Manage and support the development and delivery of FRNSW’s strategic planning, reporting and execution of strategic projects and initiatives, by providing expert advice, governance, portfolio, program, project and change management leadership, to deliver strategic outcomes and strengthen organisational capability.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development, monitoring and execution of organisational strategy.
- Managing enterprise strategic reporting, performance monitoring and executive insights.
- Driving delivery of strategic initiatives, reform programs and organisational change.
- Leading and continuously improving FRNSW's portfolio, program, project and change management frameworks.
- Providing expert coaching, advice and facilitation to managers and stakeholders across the organisation.
- Building strong executive and stakeholder relationships to support strategic decision-making.
- Managing resources, budgets and team performance to achieve business outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and technology that enhance project and program delivery maturity.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in management, business, strategy, project management or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Provide an up-to-date resume which details your skills and experience as relevant to this role.
- Answer two targeted questions regarding strategic initiatives and framework implementation.

Salary/Compensations
- Package up to $202,166 pa. Package includes salary range ($154,231 pa to $178,369 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
