About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will help international visitors, visa holders and new migrants choose the right Overseas Health Cover (OVHC). You will deliver a standout member experience by understanding individual needs, providing accurate, visa-compliant advice, and converting leads from multiple channels. From handling policy updates to identifying upsell opportunities, you will play a key role in driving sales while ensuring every interaction meets compliance and service standards. You will also contribute to a positive team culture, stay sharp on product updates, and support your own professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Help international visitors, visa holders and new migrants choose the right Overseas Health Cover (OVHC).
- Deliver a standout member experience by understanding individual needs.
- Provide accurate, visa-compliant advice.

Requirements
- Proven sales experience, ideally in health insurance or regulated industry.
- Familiarity with Australian visas (e.g. 482,485,600) and related health cover requirements.
- Strong verbal and phone communication skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales and member focused KPIS.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with individuals.
- Comfortable navigating different systems with strong data entry accuracy.
- Active listening skills to determine member needs.
