Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality content for digital, social, email, video, and print channels.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver member-focused content.
- Strengthen engagement, build brand awareness, and support strategic campaigns and initiatives.
- Turn complex information into clear, compelling communications.
- Use insights to continually improve content performance and member experience.
Requirements
- Experience developing content, communications, or publications within a medium to large organization.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience creating content across digital, social, email, video, and print channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and digital content best practices.
- Ability to use insights and performance data to improve content effectiveness.
- Experience working within compliance, legal, or governance frameworks.
- Qualifications in communications, journalism, marketing, content, or a related discipline.
- A genuine interest in health, wellbeing, or health insurance will be highly regarded.
