About the Role
O’Brien® is seeking a driven and detail‑focused Inventory Planner to join their Padstow team. This role involves taking ownership of product availability across the supplier portfolio, using analytical strengths, forecasting capability, and stakeholder management skills to ensure optimal product placement.
Responsibilities
- Using analytical and sales data to accurately forecast future product demand
- Liaising with internal customers on product availability, inventory profiling and supply updates
- Managing danger stock levels through proactive forecasting and stock‑out warning procedures
- Creating domestic and international purchase orders
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
Requirements
- Proven success in a similar inventory, planning or supply chain role
- Exceptional rapport‑building and stakeholder management skills
- Resilience and confidence working in a complex, fast‑moving environment
- Strong self‑organisation, time management and the ability to work independently
