About the Role

This position contributes to business growth and the appropriate and safe use of products through the planning and operation of educational programs for healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and operate educational programs for healthcare professionals.
• Plan and execute educational programs based on business strategy and customer needs.
• Design learning journeys combining face-to-face and digital experiences.
• Promote educational initiatives in collaboration with sales and marketing departments.
• Develop and manage the annual education plan, considering academic conferences and new product launch schedules.
• Build relationships and develop networks with medical experts (Faculty).
• Build relationships with prominent experts and external lecturers in the medical field.
• Expand the network of lecturers through academic conferences and educational activities.
• Discover and support the development of young healthcare professionals who may become future lecturers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to the medical industry and internal company regulations.
• Conduct business activities with high ethical standards and promote appropriate business practices.
• Collaborate with APAC (Asia-Pacific) and global teams.
• Share information on best practices and market trends.
• Support the deployment of global initiatives into the Japanese market.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, marketing, or education-related work in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Experience in promoting projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Relationship building and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
