About the Role

Partner with top regional enterprise clients to solve complex engineering challenges and deliver innovative technical solutions, shaping the future of civil infrastructure and building lifecycle management across South Korea.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present persuasive product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions for Tekla Structures, Tekla PowerFab, and Trimble Connect.
• Partner closely with prospective clients to identify critical business pain points and design customized implementation roadmaps.
• Drive high-profile pilot projects to position advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) solutions effectively.
• Collaborate proactively with the sales team to uncover and drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Extensive knowledge of structural analysis, design principles, and industry workflows.
• Proven track record in technical presales, solution engineering, or software project implementation.
• Hands-on experience with architectural design software or advanced structural detailing tools.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical features into tangible business value for customers.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Korean.
• Business-level English communication skills highly preferred.
