About the Role
As a Referent:in Kunden & Partnermanagement, you will act as a trusted sparring partner, supporting the department head in strategic, conceptual, and operational matters. You will prepare decisions, coordinate cross-departmental topics, and drive important projects independently.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a dynamic, young leadership team.
- Independently identify strategic issues in customer & partner management, structure complex topics, and develop sustainable solutions.
- Prepare reliable decision-making bases for management and the executive board, and derive concrete recommendations for action.
- Conceive initiatives and support their implementation across various organizational units.
- Prepare, moderate, and ensure consistent implementation of results from workshops, steering committees, and decision-making bodies.
- Manage cross-departmental projects and coordinate complex alignment processes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Moderate diverse interests, facilitate viable solutions, and create transparency in collaboration.
- Take responsibility for topics with high management attention and ensure structured, prioritized processing.
- Identify optimization potential in processes and work methods and develop suitable improvement measures.
- Establish methods, standards, and tools for professional handling of strategic and operational topics.
- Actively contribute to the further development and professionalization of customer & partner management.
Requirements
- Successfully completed university studies, e.g., in business, engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in strategic, conceptual, or project-related functions.
- Experience in collaborating with executives and in complex organizational structures.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to structure complex issues comprehensibly and derive well-founded recommendations for action.
- Experience in project management and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Convincing, audience-appropriate communication across different management levels.
- Independent, self-responsible, and solution-oriented work approach.
- Strong moderation and communication skills, as well as a confident demeanor.
- Structured work style, high results orientation, and implementation strength.
