About the Role
The kitchen is becoming a passion project again. After years of external concepts, the hotel is taking over gastronomy itself. At Kurfürstendamm, the kitchen will initially open with a deliberately reduced scope, featuring a small menu, quality products, and a team building something new step by step. What begins now is the start of more. The kitchen is being established within the Hotel Bristol Berlin and will be operated independently. For this restart, we are seeking a Sous Chef to take responsibility and actively shape this development.
Responsibilities
- Support the Chef de Partie in their respective stations
- Prepare the Mise en Place
- Participate in daily service
- Adhere to quality and hygiene standards
- Develop one's own skills
Requirements
- Completed training as a cook or nearing completion
- Initial experience in a professional kitchen is advantageous
- Motivation to learn and take responsibility
- Teamwork skills
