About the Role
We are an interdisciplinary and modern therapy team focused on mobile care. Together with facilities, we aim to optimally support patients where they live. The goal is to strengthen their resources and actively shape their daily lives with professional competence and genuine appreciation.
Responsibilities
- Conducting physiotherapy treatments directly in senior residences and nursing facilities
- Creating individual therapy plans and documenting treatment progress
- Carrying out individual and group therapies
- Assisting with the supply, adjustment, and integration of aids into daily life
- Independent organization of the therapeutic daily routine
- Close coordination with nursing staff, doctors, relatives, and other involved specialist areas
Requirements
- Trained and/or state-recognized physiotherapist (m/f/d)
- Ideally with initial billable additional qualifications such as MLD, MT, or PNF
- Willingness for flexible and independent work
- Driving license class B
