About the Role
Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking a Sales Representative who excels in the selling process, confidently closes sales, and demonstrates excellent customer interaction skills. This role offers competitive pay, professional development, and opportunities for significant earnings through an open-ended commission and bonus plan.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience.
- Communicate effectively in-person & over the phone to discover customer wants and needs.
- Sell and close customers based on their wants and needs.
- Facilitate sales steps including showing value proposition, reviewing photos and layout, conducting design consults, understanding goals, evaluating external design factors, submitting finance applications, and collaborating through the planning process.
- Maintain working knowledge of products and recommend them to customers.
- Navigate and use various computer programs as selling tools.
- Seek self-development opportunities, participate in training, and welcome feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and demonstrate excellent teamwork.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful commission sales experience.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment.
- Subject to MVR and criminal background check.

- $60,000.00 - $350,000.00
- Annual recoverable draw with minimum 7% commission with the opportunity for commission to increase based on level of sales.
- Open-ended & lucrative commission and bonus plan ($150,000+ per year potential for the right candidates)
