About the Role
As an Associate, you will be part of a close-knit team, scoping, building, and delivering impactful AI projects for clients in the Public Services sector. You will build trusted client relationships, analyze requirements and feedback, manage workflows, and ensure bespoke AI tools are optimized for real-world operations. This is a new role for an individual motivated to build knowledge of AI transformation in Public Services.
Responsibilities
- Manage individual work streams to support the successful delivery and implementation of bespoke AI solutions.
- Work side-by-side with Government stakeholders to understand critical mission challenges and user needs.
- Conduct open-source analysis to support the development of cutting-edge AI tools.
- Translate complex operational requirements into clear user stories for delivery and engineering teams.
- Design and test workflows that support user-centric decision-making in high-stakes environments.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure projects run smoothly and solutions meet customer needs.
- Contribute to internal thought leadership, strategy, and capability development across the team.
Requirements
- Demonstrate analytical thinking, clear communication of ideas, and synthesis of complex information.
- Possess experience working on AI/data-intensive projects in the Public Services sector.
- Have external client-facing experience and built trusted relationships contributing to project/product success.
- Experience working with technical teams.
- Understand Agile and related methodologies, iterative development, and continuous delivery.
- Be thoughtful and proactive in ambiguous situations, with examples of taking initiative and owning solutions.
- Be excited and knowledgeable about innovation possibilities in Government technology.
- Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) and willing to work on site with clients from time to time.
