About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Applications Analyst to join our Information and Digital team and play a key role in delivering and supporting technology solutions that enable high-quality services across BaptistCare. The role will focus on the ongoing enhancement, optimisation and support of critical property and facility technology platforms, helping ensure our systems remain reliable, secure and aligned to organisational needs. Working closely with business stakeholders, vendors and technology teams, you will contribute to the delivery of application enhancements, system integrations, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives. You will facilitate requirements gathering, support agile delivery practices, manage application backlogs and help drive user adoption through training and process improvements. You will also play an important role in maintaining the stability, security and compliance of business-critical applications, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and deliver meaningful outcomes for the organisation and the people we support.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance enterprise Property and Facility systems across Property Portfolio Management, Capital Works, Property Facilities Management and Property Development
- Deliver and support technology solutions
- Enhance, optimise and support critical property and facility technology platforms
- Contribute to the delivery of application enhancements, system integrations, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate requirements gathering
- Support agile delivery practices
- Manage application backlogs
- Drive user adoption through training and process improvements
- Maintain the stability, security and compliance of business-critical applications
Requirements
- Proven systems administration experience working as an Applications Analyst or Functional Consultant or in a similar corporate IT role supporting enterprise applications
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: Asset Management, Asset Maintenance, Engineering, Real Estate, or Property Development
- Experience supporting enterprise applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, IBM Maximo, SAP, Workday, or TechnologyOne
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments, including backlog management, sprint planning and continuous improvement practice
- Strong technical capability across cloud, on-premises and hybrid technology environments
- Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate
- Integration experience, including the ability to configure, support, and troubleshoot application interfaces
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes
