About the Role

Sollis Health is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Legal and Compliance to serve as the company’s first in-house attorney, reporting directly to the CEO. This executive will lead all legal and compliance matters across the organization, combining deep healthcare regulatory expertise with a practical, hands-on approach across commercial, employment, and real estate matters in a multi-market, high-growth environment. As a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, the SVP will translate complex legal and regulatory issues into clear, actionable business guidance and build the legal and compliance infrastructure to support company growth.

Responsibilities

Advise on federal and state healthcare regulations
Partner with clinical leadership on care delivery models and compliance
Ensure adherence to licensing, accreditation, and multi-state regulatory requirements
Draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements
Support strategic initiatives
Advise leadership on risk with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach
Counsel on employment matters
Partner with the People team to develop scalable risk mitigation practices
Support internal investigations and dispute resolution
Support real estate expansion
Manage outside counsel
Oversee disputes
Drive disciplined management of legal spend

Requirements

JD and active bar membership
10+ years of legal experience including law firm training and meaningful in-house experience
Direct experience in cash-pay, concierge, and/or membership-based healthcare delivery models is strongly preferred
Deep expertise in healthcare services regulatory and compliance matters
Broad generalist experience across employment law, commercial contracts, corporate advisory, and real estate
