About the Role

You will actively shape the digitalization of German notaries and support clients in the introduction and optimization of modern legal tech solutions. In this role, you will advise new and existing clients on digital notary processes, guide software implementations, and take responsibility for projects, workshops, and professional development. You will also act as a trusted contact, mentor, and subject matter expert for clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Independently advise NOAH clients on digital notary processes, software configurations, and optimization possibilities.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and users.
Analyze professional requirements and develop suitable solutions within the NOAH software.
Take responsibility for small projects or sub-projects, including planning, coordination, quality assurance, and results presentation.
Support new and existing clients throughout the entire implementation and consulting process.
Assist in expanding our client base and building long-term client relationships.
Provide professional support, coaching, and mentoring to less experienced colleagues.
Participate in release presentations, knowledge management, best practices, and professional content.
Support data migrations and complex client requirements.
Collaborate closely with product development, support, and other professional departments.

Requirements

Several years of experience in consulting, implementing, or supporting specialized software, ideally in the notary, legal tech, or law firm environment.
Practical experience in client consulting as well as in conducting workshops, training sessions, and requirements analyses.
Ideally, knowledge of NOAH or comparable specialized applications.
Experience in independently managing client projects or sub-projects.
Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2).
High customer orientation, confident demeanor, and strong communication and presentation skills.
Structured way of working and the ability to guide clients as a trusted advisor and mentor.
Enjoyment in sharing knowledge and providing professional support to colleagues and clients.
