About the Role

The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of orders from our retail locations to customers, ensuring compliance with company standards and a professional experience at the door. This role serves as a key brand ambassador in the final stage of the customer journey. When not on delivery, the role may support in-store operations during downtime or for break coverage including basic guest service, inventory, and store upkeep.

Responsibilities

  • Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
  • Completing deliveries as instructed through training to ensure all customers are satisfied.
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and communicating complaints from clients to dispatch accurately.
  • Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
  • Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe, clean, driving record.
  • Maintaining compliance as it relates to the delivery process outlined in training.
  • Proper use of applications related to the delivery process.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Effectively communicate with diverse customers and create meaningful connections.
  • Strike up a conversation with anyone and be a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • Personal insured vehicle with valid insurance coverage permitting delivery (business use). Proof of insurance is required during onboarding.
  • Valid Driver’s License - Full 'G' (ON) or Class 5 (BC, AB, SK, MB).
  • Clean Driver’s Abstract and Clear Criminal Background Check.
  • A Smart Phone with a data plan and a car charger.
  • Tech-Friendly (We got some cool apps we need you to learn).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Weekend availability.
  • Available Monday-Sunday between 11am-9pm.
