About the Role

Lead the AI transformation of a leading digital consultancy, defining and delivering the AI strategy, embedding AI across the business, products, and customer services, and shaping the future of AI-enabled digital transformation. Drive innovation, deliver business value, and establish the company as a leader in AI for the UK public sector. Lead the cross-government AI initiative, Forge, fostering collaboration between government, industry, and technology partners.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver the AI transformation strategy.
Drive AI adoption across business operations, customer delivery, and products.
Lead enterprise AI platform, tooling, and governance decisions.
Establish responsible AI, security, and compliance frameworks.
Champion AI adoption, capability development, and organizational change.
Provide executive leadership on strategic customer AI engagements.
Lead the Forge program and represent the company across government and industry.
Build strong partnerships with technology vendors and stakeholders.

Requirements

Strategic technology leader with experience delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation and AI adoption.
Senior leadership experience delivering digital or technology transformation.
Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and enterprise AI platforms.
Experience implementing AI governance and responsible AI practices.
Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or equivalent cloud AI services.
Strong commercial acumen and executive stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with UK public sector organizations.
Experience with AI regulation, sovereign cloud, GDS service standards, or government delivery methodologies is advantageous.
