Responsibilities
- Implement care and support measures according to SIS under the guidance of the nursing specialist.
- Provide individual support and care for day guests throughout the daily routine.
- Plan and conduct activities and activation programs.
- Promote social contacts and participation in group activities.
- Accompany guests on walks and excursions.
- Support daily structure and orientation.
- Promote independence by considering individual abilities.
- Assist with the shuttle service and safe transfers.
- Support during meals and assist with food and drink.
- Assist with basic care and toileting.
- Support with household tasks.
- Assist with documentation, monitor health status, and relay important information.
- Participate in quality assurance, case discussions, team meetings, and nursing visits.
- Attend further training and professional development.
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Completion of a basic nursing course or equivalent qualification.
- Professional experience is desirable.
- Empathy and enjoyment in working with people in need of care.
