About the Role

The Turnkey Project Sales Specialist will sell Eaton’s Engineering Services turnkey project offering to customers in the Gulf region, focusing on industrial, utility, data center, commercial, institutional, and government facilities. This role involves developing direct opportunities and partnering with vertical sales teams to manage the quote-to-cash process for long-term, high-value opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Discover and develop turnkey project service opportunities, independently and with vertical sales teams.
• Lead the quote-to-cash process for turnkey project opportunities, including vetting, site walks, scope alignment, proposal delivery, and closure.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Eaton’s product and service offerings, particularly turnkey project services, and train team members.
• Develop customer relationships within key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to develop customer solutions.
• Act as the voice of the customer to Eaton’s product lines, ensuring high customer service and satisfaction.
• Prepare and present quotations to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years of electrical sales, field service, or electrical industry experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid & unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.
• Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Houston, TX, Albuquerque NM, Austin TX, Baton Rouge LA, Dallas TX, El Paso TX, San Antonio TX, Tulsa OK, or Little Rock, AR will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt).
