Responsibilities

Translate Genesis values into daily actions as a culture coach for Nursing Home Administrators and Department Heads.
Dive deep into turnover data to find the 'why' behind the 'what,' creating actionable strategies that keep talent within the Genesis family.
Empower Pod Leaders and nursing center leadership through real-time coaching, helping them resolve conflicts and build high-performing teams.
Ensure the employee journey is seamless, respectful, and rewarding from the first day of employment through continuous growth.
Bridge the gap between corporate HR policies and local nursing center needs, ensuring actions are equitable, compliant, and human.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum five years of relevant HR experience, ideally in healthcare or a multi-site operational setting.
Proven knowledge of HR disciplines including compensation, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment law.
