- Monitoring, tracking, and forecasting self-perform and general requirement project costs and quantities, including labor, equipment, materials and cash flow to ensure projects are successful and profitable.
Requirements
- 5+ years of heavy construction experience including client coordination, finance, scheduling, cost control, and construction/engineering resolution
- Experienced in Project Cost Management - Project Controls
- Working proficiency in relevent software (e.g. JD Edwards, DAS, OnBase, Heavy Job, Procore, Microsoft, etc.)
