About the Role
Drive organisational readiness and adoption across a large-scale Payroll and Workforce Management transformation program. Report to the Program Manager and lead the end-to-end change, training, and communications strategy across multiple interconnected workstreams. Prepare impacted stakeholders for new systems, processes, and ways of working to ensure a successful transition and long-term adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the change, training and communications strategy for a major payroll and workforce management transformation
- Conduct change impact assessments and identify organisational readiness requirements across impacted business areas
- Design and deliver communication plans that build awareness, engagement and adoption throughout the program lifecycle
- Lead training strategy, materials development and learning delivery activities for different stakeholder groups
- Partner with business leaders, SMEs and implementation teams to prepare teams for new systems, processes and ways of working
- Monitor readiness, adoption and change outcomes, recommending interventions where required
- Coach leaders and managers to effectively support their teams through change
Requirements
- Proven experience leading change management, training and communications activities within large-scale transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of organisational change methodologies and adoption practices
- Experience supporting payroll and workforce management technology implementations
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing across all organisational levels
- Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness activities and adoption planning
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences
- Strong planning, prioritisation and delivery skills within fast-paced project environments
