About the Role
This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and preparation of Accor Stadium ahead of events, ensuring the highest operational standards for clients, service departments, tenants, and guests. Key duties include monitoring contracted services for compliance, coordinating asset performance maintenance, planning event resource allocation, and supervising contractors and staff. The role also involves developing management plans, assisting with projects, reviewing service contracts, and ensuring operations align with Venues NSW objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance and preparation of the venue ahead of events at Accor Stadium.
- Ensure operations are of the highest standards for clients, service departments, tenants, and guests.
- Oversee and monitor contracted services to ensure compliance with Venues NSW standards.
- Coordinate activities to maintain asset performance.
- Plan resource allocation for events.
- Supervise contractors and staff.
- Contribute to developing management plans for buildings and assets.
- Assist with projects.
- Review service contracts.
- Ensure all operations align with Venues NSW’s best interests and objectives.

- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
- Must be willing to undertake a National Police Clearance check.
