About the Role

The Project Manager will lead strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end Supply Chain, delivering measurable improvements in service, cost, quality and operational performance. The role will oversee local manufacturing initiatives, Supply Chain readiness for new product launches, and business transformation projects across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, Inventory and Warehousing. You'll also champion automation, AI and digital technologies to streamline processes, improve decision-making and drive greater operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Leading strategic Supply Chain projects from business case through to successful delivery.
  • Driving continuous improvement through process optimisation, automation and digital solutions.
  • Leading the Supply Chain workstream for new product launches, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Managing local manufacturing, supplier onboarding and strategic capability initiatives.
  • Delivering transformation projects that improve Supply Chain performance and efficiency.
  • Partnering across the business to lead change, manage stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional Supply Chain or Operations projects, with a strong track record in business transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong project and change management capability, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver outcomes across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience implementing automation, AI and digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making and business performance.
  • Exposure to new product launches, product lifecycle management and business process optimisation within a Supply Chain environment.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and business intelligence tools (e.g. Oracle, Power BI) to support data-driven decision making.
