About the Role
The Senior Manager, Global Market and Competitive Insights position works out of our Austin, TX location in the Cardiac Rhythm Management Division. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias or irregular heartbeats.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement pricing strategies aligned with profitability and competitiveness goals
- Identify pricing opportunities to drive top-line and bottom-line growth
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Commercial on strategic alignment and financial planning
- Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards for RGM KPIs
- Executing strategic pricing decisions and supporting analytics and messaging
- Lead cross-collaboration conversations to bring creative value propositions that are both financially robust and driving commercial penetration
- Provide analytics on pricing trends, performance and project cadence
