About the Role

As a Workplace Experience and Hospitality Executive, you will curate exceptional, 5-star experiences for tenants, visitors, and stakeholders. You will seamlessly combine daily F&B operations, premium concierge hospitality, and proactive workplace services, ensuring our office environment radiates convenience, community, and the prestigious hospitality Accor is celebrated for. The successful candidate will be hired on a 12-month fixed-term contract with an option to extend.

Responsibilities

Proactively welcome tenants and visitors, offering premium concierge and personalised lobby services.
Deliver exceptional food and beverage services in conference rooms, ensuring impeccable set-ups.
Provide table service for beverages in adjacent executive lounge areas.
Co-ordinate daily workplace operations, tenant activation initiatives, and community-building events.
Liaise with preferred suppliers to identify opportunities for service innovation.
Respond promptly to tenant feedback, maintaining the asset's premium operating standards.

Requirements

All successful candidates will be required to hold a valid National Police Check

Skills

Strong hospitality or hotel background with experience in premium food and beverage service.
Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing, concierge, or luxury guest services role.
Proven capability in co-ordinating and planning events with seamless operational delivery.
Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for curating personalised customer experiences.
