About the Role
ODE is seeking Sales Assistants to join their store in Paddington, working amongst premium product and fellow passionate sneakerheads.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product.
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Process large volumes of stock.
- Pick and pack click and dispatch orders.
- Assist in maintaining in-store operations including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
- Maintain a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to sell to customers.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
- Ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
- Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets & KPIs.
