About the Role
JLL is seeking a Real Estate Researcher (Analyst or Manager) to join their research division. This role involves analyzing the real estate market and providing insights to support decision-making for domestic and international investors and corporations.
Responsibilities
- Aggregate and analyze data for commercial real estate assets (office, logistics, retail, residential, etc.), analyzing trends in rent and vacancy rates.
- Create future market outlooks based on macroeconomic trends and discussions with internal departments (sales brokerage, leasing brokerage, property management, etc.), and publish reports.
- Explain market overviews and conduct presentations for domestic and international investors or corporations.
Requirements
- Experience with Excel (PivotTable, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, aggregate functions) for analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
